Red Wine of Summer
A very simple, popular patio drink served across Spain.
Add equal parts red wine and lemon soft drink/pop, such as 7 UP, Sprite, ect.
​e.g. add 750 ml of soft drink to a 750 ml bottle of red wine to make a pitcher.
​
​Serve over ice.
​
Garnish with slices of orange or lemon
To make it fruiter, add chopped apple, which adds crunch without affecting the flavour profile.
